Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days depending on location and shipping method.

4. How should I care for wooden décor products?

We recommend keeping wooden products dry, avoiding prolonged direct sunlight, and cleaning gently with a soft cloth to preserve their natural beauty.

5. Do aroma diffusers include essential oils?

Unless specifically stated in the product description, essential oils are not included.

6. How do the wooden aroma diffusers work?

Simply apply 3–5 drops of essential oil or fragrance oil onto the wood surface. The natural wood slowly absorbs and diffuses the fragrance into the surrounding area without water, heat, or electricity.

7. How long does the scent last?

Depending on the oil used and the surrounding environment, the scent typically lasts around 2–4 hours before reapplying.
